FIRST STEP: BEFORE APPLYING
THE STRIPS

Make sure to start this before bedtime when you won't eat anything after the spotlight teeth whitening treatment and do it after few hours of your dinner because You have to thoroughly brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste to make sure to apply the strips to clean teeth, and do dry your teeth before applying the strips as it will help the strip to stick well.then you're ready to apply the strips.

SECOND STEP: HOW TO APPLY THE STRIPS 
It says in instruction to apply the bottom strip first ( shorter strip is for bottom ), According to the instructions I did apply the first strip to bottom teeth but it wasn't completely stuck because you have to be careful not to lower the strip too much as the saliva makes it wet and let all the gel to come out of the strip and you could taste the product which is very minty tooth-pasty flavor but non-other than that it was a good experience.

THIRD STEP: WAITING

Life is always good when you start your day with coffee and what's better than Coffee + Scrubs = Body boom .  so recently we get to try out the amazing body Scrubs from Body boom which  has a great aroma that refreshes and removes dead cells and exfoliates the skin and it's just not great for your body but also for your face. After the use of this scrub the skin feels so soft, and makes the skin so gentle and the best part is that it's suitable for all skin types. So in the picture as you can see its 200g but best part is that it also comes in a small size. There are 4 different aroma once which includes Mango , Strawberry and coconut and last but not least the original one which is Coffee.

How to use : Just moisten your body and apply the scrub and just rub the scrub in a circular motion and leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse it off and wala your ready with a new born skin. Miraculously soft and body boom scrub leaves your skin soft and smooth and it's just incredibly amazing. As the instructions use it 2 or 3 times a week to get an awesome effect. 

How it feels !! You might be wondering how it feels on the skin , so I applied it on my face and not to mention my face was super dry and as it says it moisturizes the skin and when u have this on your skin it has a tingling sensation and i let the Body boom do its magic for about 10 minutes and when I rinsed it off, it felt incredible and the oils in the scrub made my skin feel so soft and something else I noticed all the dry matchy flaky skin on my face got removed.
