I was looking for whitening strips as I always wanted to have a stain-free smile but never trusted a product so much due to sensitive teeth , I have tried ton of herbal remedies but they weren't so effective and were more time to consume and needed a lot of preparation which is not so ideal for someone who has busy schedule and wants more effective results. I took a trial on spotlight whitening strips and I was more than just happy. And couldn't wait to give you my honest review of Spotlight whitening strips.

 I was literally surprised when I saw the results on the first day, I was expecting pearl white teeth as I heard from some reviews about spotlight whitening kit but what happened was magic for me because just first strip has proved to my expectation and it really showed that it is quite effective as it says.

FIRST STEP: BEFORE APPLYING
THE STRIPS

Make sure to start this before bedtime when you won't eat anything after the spotlight teeth whitening treatment and do it after few hours of your dinner because You have to thoroughly brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste to make sure to apply the strips to clean teeth, and do dry your teeth before applying the strips as it will help the strip to stick well.then you're ready to apply the strips.




SECOND STEP: HOW TO APPLY THE STRIPS 
It says in instruction to apply the bottom strip first ( shorter strip is for bottom ), According to the instructions I did apply the first strip to bottom teeth but it wasn't completely stuck because you have to be careful not to lower the strip too much as the saliva makes it wet and let all the gel to come out of the strip and you could taste the product which is very minty tooth-pasty flavor but non-other than that it was a good experience.


THIRD STEP: WAITING
As you had applied the strips you will start to notice the teeth being bright within 25 to 30 minutes which is quite amazing as the spotlight teeth whitening strips are very effective, I was very happy when I saw that my teeth are having a glow but as the time was passing I was being satisfied that it worth the time.


FOURTH STEP: AFTER THE STRIPS
After 1 hour has completed, first remove the top strip and then the bottom strip. Brush your teeth again thoroughly with fluoride toothpaste, As brushing after helps to remove any extra strip gel which hasn't been removed from your teeth.


FIFTH STEP: SENSITIVITY AND IRRITATION
After the treatment later I felt a bit sensitivity, so I applied the tooth Sensitive Gel and let it rest for 5 minutes and it really did felt better after that, So if you have sensitive teeth you should probably be going to need the Sensitive Gel if you feel like it otherwise"Only use the gel and oil when required it does not need to be used daily" And if you have any gum irritation you can apply the comforting gum oil to the gums above the top teeth and the bottom teeth respectively and leave for 5 minutes.





FOR OPTIMUM WHITENING RESULTS:

  • AVOID EATING AND DRINKING AFTER APPLICATION.
  • AVOID SMOKING OR EATING AND DRINKING COLOURED FOOD AND DRINKS DURING THE WHITENING TREATMENT SUCH AS RED WINE, COFFEE OR TURMERIC.

  • NOT TO BE USED ON PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
  • DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING.
  • AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES. RINSE IMMEDIATELY IF WHITENING STRIPS COME IN CONTACT WITH EYES. IF PERSISTS, SEE DOCTOR.
