We love talking about our favorite beauty products and it's always great to discover new brands and products. We love mists and we recently discovered Square one Beauty Body Mists and we are obsessed with their  fragrances. So square one Beauty has 4 different mists " Palm tree paradise , Perfect Patel,  Nearly Noir  and sweet Sercret " so each mists contains 250ml and if you are into light and fresh fragrances these mists are perfect for you, as we are more into light fragrances rather then strong scents. 
So, let me give you a little more closer look into these mists and describe my thoughts about each mist 😊

SWEET SECRET
Got a chocolaty fresh scent which is a surprise because it has no chocolate in it. This mist has vanilla and musk which is a great combination as I love musk.

NEARLY NOIR
Is a fresh scent it's one of my favourite  this scent makes me feel like I'm in a flower garden.  So this has red Fruit and Jasmine.

PALM TREE PARADISE
Has a soft and elegant scent to it, It's really refreshing. It has Bergamot and white flower.

PERFECT PETAL
Is just amazing it's definitely one of my top fave from these 4 of them. So this scent is created  rose and soft woods. What's not good with rose in it.

It's the holy month if Ramadan and it's so important to eat healthy to stay healthy and to be that you have to eat healthy food and  to avoid to keep your self productive. These are the food that u should avoid to stay healthy.

1: avoid oily food they aren't healthy. oil has a high fat, high calorie count. ... Fried foods are full of unhealthy fats that can increase your cholesterol. Having high cholesterol can lead to atherosclerosis, high blood pressure and heart disease.

2: We tend to eat so much in suhoor just not to starve the other day but one thing we don't know that if u eat light in suhoor u won't get  hungry as much as u eat a alot. So always eat light and healthy food to stay fit.

3: Avoid coffee or tea in Ramadan, caffeine makes us dehydrated. Drink water to keep yourself hydrated

For a lot of girls face wash is in their everyday routine but for us , we prefer using it twice a week for those who don't know that using soaps or face Washes  on your face everyday is not good it dries the skin very much and it ages the skin as well , and it's important to have our skin moisturized. What we love about sigma beauty is that they are cruelty Free and as we being a pet owner, it's really important for us to support a brand that are not tested on animals. Last week sigma beauty sent us their awesome products including Cor-de-Rosa Blusher and on the first sight to this blusher we fall in love with it it's so chic and so pretty a and the texture is amazing very smooth , it's build able which is great and it gives the cheeks very natural and fresh color to the face , it's definitely a everyday blusher and since we got it we been wearing this every day since than.
